(hereinafter referred to as the “LICENSED DIGITAL PRODUCTS”) bearing LICENSOR’s copyright and/or trademarks developed by the LICENSOR and its licensor. In this respect, LICENSEE whether by itself or through its subsidiary or associate or agent is authorized to apply for standard approval process of the LICENSED DIGITAL PRODUCTS in the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film & Television in China and/or any other government authority (such as National Copyright Administration of The PRC) in relation to the application for Publishing Permit ISBN or any other licenses or permits according to the rules and regulations of the relevant laws in China.

This acknowledgement will remain in effect for twenty-four months from date of this letter automatically renewed upon expiry for a same period and so on and so forth until revoked in writing by LICENSOR by given three months’ notice in advance.
